Directions: You can use this oil as much as you please. Start with your scalp, take some of the Elixr In your hand, and concentrate on your scalp. Rub the Elixr in, and then flip your head upside down and massage Elixr in for 5 minutes or more. Then, put some Elixr on your ends and work it up the rest of the hair. Wash out after use. I recommend shampooing twice. (You can sleep with the Elixr in as well.)
